Detailed Discussion

Simple Discussion

February 2006

Take a 1994 Mustang, plug in a 347ci "stroker", add a centrifugal blower, and keep the air fuel and spark friendly to the combination was the challenge.  The Vortech T-Trim supercharger was going to require more fuel...

An Aeromotive A1000 fuel pump and filter were mounted.

New braided lines were run, up and back.  A Snow Performance Boost CoolerŪ was installed for some "chemical intercooling".

Engine management was enhanced with an Anderson Motorsports Programmable Management System, PMS.

Engine cooling certainly needed an upgrade to handle the increased energy.  A Fluidyne radiator was modified to accept -AN fittings located to work within a now very crowded engine compartment.

Machine a bung...

Fit a bung...

Weld a bung.

With a modified water outlet to match,

A durable piece of plumbing that can handle the heat.

All cleaned up and ready to go.

The whine of the Vortech blower says this is much more than a pretty face.
